基于VC的摩托车制动泵性能检测系统

摘要 为检测摩托车制动泵性能,保证行车安全,基于VC设计了摩托车制动泵性能检测系统,对系统检测原理进行了阐述,采用理想气体状态方程的原理对低压密封性进行测试,同时利用临界点来计算空行程,并对某型号制动泵进行检测。结果表明,检测数据准确,检测系统各部分性能稳定,可以对制动泵性能进行有效的检测,在摩托车配件厂有较高的应用价值。 In order to test the performance of the motorcycle brake pump and ensure safety driving, a checking system of the performance of motorcycle brake pump was designed based on Visual C++software.The principle of testing was introduced. The checking system test the low pressure sealing based on state equation of ideal gas and empty stroke through the critical point of displacement.According to the actual testing of a type pump, each parts of the checking system run steady and the testing re-sults were accurate.This system can test the brake pump effectively and will play an important role in the factory which produces the components of motorcycles.
