摘要
在经典的报童问题中,为应对市场需求的不确定性,设计了回购和紧急订货的契约,但需要供应商能够确保按照零售商所要求的时间、地点和批量供货,并且供应商能够随时回购零售商退回的未售产品,实际中的供应商很难做到。同时除了市场需求不确定之外,零售商还面临着供应商的供应能力的不确定性所带来的风险。在需求和供给均不确定的情况下,研究了基于报童问题的零售商订购提前期和订购批量的订购策略。
In response to market demand uncertainty, the classical newsboy problem designs the contract of buy back and e-mergency order.But this requires more harsh conditions:supplier makes sure supply the goods according to the required time, place and quantity of retailers;supplier can buy back any unsold products returned of retailer.It is difficult to get these condi-tions in practice.In addition to uncertainty of market demand, the retailer may face with the supplier's uncertainty of supply ca-pacity.Ordering strategy of the retailer's order lead time and quantity based on newsboy problem was researched under the condi-tion that demand and supply are uncertain.
