城市社区不同人口学特征人群自杀态度研究

Suicide Attitude in Population with Different Demographic Characteristics in Urban Communities

目的调查城市社区不同人口学特征人群对自杀的态度,为社区采取自杀的个性化预防和干预措施提供一定理论和实践参考。方法采用自杀态度问卷,采取分层随机抽样法对社区人群进行调查。结果不同文化程度的居民在对自杀行为性质的认识和态度上存在差异;不同婚姻状况者在对待自杀的态度上有所不同;收入不同的人群对自杀者的态度亦不同。结论社区人群的自杀态度具有多变性,社区卫生服务工作者进行自杀干预时应充分评估当事者的人口学特征,考虑个体因素,同时重视改变公众自杀态度对自杀行为的消极影响。

Objective：To study the attitude towards suicide of population with different demographic character- istics in urban communities, and provide references for prevention and intervention on suicide in communities. Methods：Residents in communities were chosen with stratified random sampling method and surveyed with ques- tionnaire of attitude towards suicide. Results ：There had different cognition of suicide＇s nature and attitude towards euthanasia among residents with different background of education. Different attitude towards euthanasia was ob- served in residents with different marital status. And residents with different income had different attitude towards suicide and euthanasia. Conclusion ：The attitude towards suicide of population in urban communities was variable. For preventing suicide in communities, the suicides＇different demographic characteristics need to be evaluated indi- vidually, and the attitude towards suicide of population in urban communities should be changed to improve it and improve the preventing effect.
