医患关系的社会舆情对构建和谐医患关系影响的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Social Public Opinion on Building a Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship

目的调查与分析医患关系的社会舆情对构建和谐医患关系的影响,并提出相应的解决方法。方法医患关系选取我市三家三级甲等医院的医护人员930人,发放问卷调查表并收集整理,进行回顾性分析。结果在对896名医务人员调查中,88.8%的医护人员认为目前医患关系的社会舆情主要通过影响自身的工作情绪、对患者的积极态度以及对今后处理医患关系等方面影响和谐医患关系的构建。结论医患关系社会舆情对构建和谐医患关系有着重要影响。当前社会形势下应提倡和鼓励积极的社会舆情传播,对消极的社会舆情传播进行有效及时的干预,促进和谐医患关系的构建。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the influence of social public opinion on building a harmoni- ous doctor- patient relationship and giving the reasonable solutions. Methods：We collected and analyzed the data using the questionnaires among 930 medical workers in three three - grade hospitals in our city. Results： In all the 896 medical workers, 88.8% of them considered the social public opinion affected the doctors - patients relation- ship in different degrees through the influences on job morale of medical workers, the attitudes towards the patients, and dealing with the doctor- patient relationship in the future. Conclusion： The public opinion has enormous in- fluence on doctor - patient relationship. The government should advocate and encourage positive social public opin- ion, while it must take measures to prevent the negative public opinion from spreading, which has great significance to the harmonious doctor- patient relationship.
