北京市农村公共卫生服务相关问题及对策

Discussion on Beijing Rural Public Health Services Related Polices

在农村政策变化纵向历史角度视野下,对北京市农村公共卫生服务、人员配置、政策支持以及农村公共卫生服务考核等问题进行分析,特别针对乡镇政府的职能及县、乡、村公共卫生管理服务体系等相关政策进行探讨。并提出相关建议:政府相关部门应加强资金投入,提升村级公共卫生服务能力;重视农村公共卫生服务,进一步健全县、乡、村管理服务体系;加强农村公共卫生领域问题研究,促进村民的整体健康。

Focusing on rural policy changes, issues including Beijing rural public health services, staffing, policy support, assessment of rural public health service were analyzed in this paper. Particularly, the functions of township gov- ernment, as weU as county, township and village public health management service system and relevant policies were dis- cussed. It is suggested in this article that： relevant government departments should strengthen the investment, promote vil- lage - level public health service ability ; pay more attention to rural public health services, and make further improvement on the management services system of county, township and village ; strengthen rural public health studies and promote the villagers＇ overall health.
