肉苁蓉汤配合艾灸治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效

Roucongrong Decoction Combined with Moxibustion for Slow Transit Constipation：Clinical Effect

为观察肉苁蓉汤口服配合脐部艾灸治疗慢传输型便秘（STC）的临床疗效，将STC患者195例随机分为治疗组和对照A、B组，每组各65例。治疗组给予肉苁蓉汤口服配合脐部艾灸治疗；对照A组给予肉苁蓉汤口服治疗，对照B组给予艾灸治疗，疗程均为4周。观察用药前后便秘临床症状积分和结肠传输试验的变化。结果显示，1）治疗后3组便秘症状积分均较治疗前好转，且治疗组症状改善明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。2）治疗组结肠传输功能改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。3）治疗组治愈率、有效率均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，肉苁蓉汤口服配合脐部艾灸治疗STC有较好疗效。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Roucongrong decoction oral combined with umbilical moxibustion for slow transit constipation（STC）, 195 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and two control groups（group A and group B）,65 cases for each group.Roucongrong decoction oral combined with umbilical moxibustion was given to treatment group,Roucongrong decoction to group A o- rally,and umbilical moxibustion to group B.All groups were treated for 4 weeks and observed for the chan- ges of scores of constipation and colonic transit test.The results showed that： 1） scores of constipation got improved in all groups after treatment,and treatment group was superior to the two controls（ P〈0.05） ; 2） the transiting function of the colon was significantly improved in treatment group than in the controls （ P 〈0.05）;3） treatment group was superior to the controls in the curative rate and effective rate（ P 〈 0.05）.It is concluded that Roucongrong decoction oral combined with umbilical moxibustion shows better efficacy for STC.
