速效痔疮栓治疗肛门疾病疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Rapid-acting Hemorrhoids Suppository for Anal Disease

为观察自行研制的速效痔疮栓纳肛治疗肛门疾病的疗效及安全性，将921例肛门疾病患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组465例采用速效痔疮栓纳肛治疗；对照组456例采用九华痔疮栓纳肛治疗。分别观察治疗后第7天的疗效及不良反应。结果显示，治疗组有效率96．98％，对照组有效率93．42％（P〈0.05）。结果表明，速效痔疮栓具有止血、止痛、消炎及促进创口愈合的作用，未见明显不良反应。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of home-made rapid-acting hemorrhoids suppository in treating anal disease, 921 cases of anal disease were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 465） and control group（ n =456）.The former received rapid-acting hemorrhoids suppository,while the latter received Jiuhua hemorrhoids suppository.Both groups were observed for clinical efficacy and adverse reactions on the 7th day after treatment.The results showed that the effective rate was 96.98% in treatment group and 93.42% in the controls（ P 〈0.05）.It is concluded that rapid-acting hemorrhoids suppository has the action of stopping bleeding, relieving pain and inflammation, and promoting wound healing, and has no obvious adverse reactions.
