摘要
为观察除湿止痒方外洗治疗湿热型肛门湿疹的疗效，将80例湿热型肛门湿疹患者随机分为治疗组（中药熏洗组）40例和对照组（西药外洗组）40例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用除湿止痒方熏洗坐浴治疗，对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用1：5000PP液熏洗坐浴治疗，早晚各一次，10d为1个疗程。结果显示，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（有效率92．5％VS87．5％，P〈0．05）。
This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of externally washing with Chushi Zhiyang formula for anal eczema due to dampness-heat,80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（namely, herbal fumigation group） and control group（western medicine for externally washing group）, 40 cases for each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.Treatment group received herbal fumigation（sitz bath with Chushi Zhiyang formula ）,twice daily,in addition,and control group received sitz bath with PP solution （1 ： 5000）.One treatment course lasted 10d.The results showed that treatment group was superior to control group in clinical efficacy（effective rate 92.5% vs 87.5%, P〈0.05）.
