陈伯坛学术思想浅析

Brief Analysis on Academic Thoughts of CHEN Botan

目的 :探讨民国时期著名医家陈伯坛的学术思想。方法 :通过对陈伯坛主要著作《读过伤寒论》和《读过金匮》的探究,分析并归纳陈氏学术思想。结果:陈氏主要观点体现在:探讨《金匮要略》,当与《伤寒论》合观;治卒病注重"风"字;脏腑辨证注重五脏五行之传变等思想,并对历代注家之误进行了批驳。结论:陈氏见解对于后世研究仲景学术思想有着重要的参考价值。

Objective：To discuss the academic thoughts of the outstanding physician CHEN Botan during the period of Repulic of China. Methods：Through researching the main works of Read Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Read Golden Chamber,Chen＇s academic thoughts were analyzed and concluded. Results：Chen presents ideas that the discussion of review of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Golden Chamber should be treated together. The treatment of sudden onset disease emphasizes on ＂wind＂. Zang-fu syndrome differentiation should stress on five elements changes of five Zang-organs. He also refuted the mistakes made by the exegete from all dynasties. Conclusion：Chen＇s ideas had prominent value to the research of ZHANG Zhongjing＇s academic thoughts.
