连朴饮治疗功能性消化不良湿热中阻证30例

Treatment of 30 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia with Syndrome of Dampness-heat Obstructing by Lianpu Drink

目的 :观察连朴饮治疗功能性消化不良(FD)湿热中阻证的临床疗效。方法:按随机平行对照的原则分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组口服连朴饮进行治疗,对照组采用多潘立酮口服治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:连朴饮治疗功能性消化不良湿热中阻证疗效确切,优于西药对照组。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Lianpu drink in treating functional dyspepsia（FD） with syndrome of dampness-heat obstructing. Method：All the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group 30 cases in each group,according to the random,parallel-control principle. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Lianpu drink and those in the control group were given with dom- peridone. Results：There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the total effective rate. Conclusion ：Lianpu drink had a definite effect in the treatment of FD with syndrome of dampness-heat obstructing,and was superior to the control group with western medicine.
