基于特征根理论的水运工程地方标准体系研究

Research on Local Standards System of Port & Waterway Engineering based on the Characteristic Roots Theory

为了提高国家标准及行业标准对河北省水运工程建设的指导作用,特编制河北省地方标准体系,为地方标准提供理论依据。本体系以交通调查与分析、群决策为基础,通过大量实地问卷调查,采用大型计算机SAS软件,把调研得到的数据进行群决策中的特征根理论分析,从而构建了地方标准建设序列,为地方标准的修编提供了理论依据,也为地方标准体系的研究提出了一种新的思路。

In order to improve the guiding role of national and industry standards for the construction of water projects in Hebei province, the local standards system of Hebei province has been established, providing the theory basis for the local standards. On the basis of traffic investigation and analysis and group decision-making, this paper through a large number of field survey adopts large-scale computer SAS software and analyzes the survey data by the theory in group decision making, and thus builds the local standard construction sequence, providing theoretical basis for standards revision and proposing a new idea for the local standards system research.
