2009年,法国发布了对其标准化产生重大影响的《法国标准化条例》,该法的发布推动了法国标准化的改革与发展。本文全面、深入地分析这部法律,并对法国2011-2015标准化战略进行了分析,介绍了法国标准化管理机制及制定工作,分析了其在国际标准化组织中的地位与作用。
In 2009, the Standardization Regulation of France was published, which posed great effects on the standardization in France and promoted the reform and development of French standardization. This paper gives a deep analysis of this regulation and analyses the standardization strategy of France from 2011 to 2015. This paper also introduces the standardization work in France and analyses its position and role in the international organization.
