The traditional form of organization code digital certificate is IC card, which is single functional with high production costs and quite inconvenient with a card reader. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a new generation digital certificate. This paper discusses the forms of new organization code digital certificate, its expanded functions and the convergence with other digital certificates.
