城市污泥中高效聚磷真菌的筛选及聚磷特性分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Phosphorus-Accumulating Characteristic and Screening of High-Efficiency Phosphorus-Accumulating Fungi in Municipal Sludge

摘要 采用室内培养和SBR反应器相结合的方法分离鉴定城市污泥中的聚磷真菌,分析聚磷真菌在不同pH、温度、振荡速度和接种量下的生长状况和聚磷特性。结果表明:城市污泥中分离出的聚磷真菌在不同培养基上生长形态不同,具有较强聚磷能力,其最佳生长和聚磷条件:pH 6~7、温度约27℃、振荡速度160 r/min、接种量6%;聚磷真菌在SBR反应器中厌氧24 h,好氧48 h磷去除率最高,达到81.4%。 By combining the methods of indoor cultivation and SBR reactor, phosphorus-accumula-ting fungi in municipal sludge were separated and identified, and growth status and phosphorus-ac-cumulating characteristic of phosphorus-accumulating fungi under different pH, temperature, con-cussion speed and inoculation quantity were analyzed. Results showed that in different culture media, phosphorus-accumulating fungi isolated in municipal sludge had different growth forms and strong ability to accumulate phosphorus. Its optimal conditions of growth and phosphorus-accumula-tion were:pH between 6 and 7, temperature about 27℃, speed of concussion 160 r/min, quantity of inoculation 6%; Its rate of phosphorus removal was up to 81.4% when it was anaerobic for 24 h and aerobic for 48 h in SBR reactor. Phosphorus-accumulating fungi can be used as one alternative strain for biological phosphorus removal in municipal sludge.
