摘要
为建立利用双指纹图谱溯源进口霞多丽干白葡萄酒产地的方法。通过使用气相色谱—质谱(GCMS)建立了进口霞多丽干白葡萄酒二氯甲烷提取物的特征指纹图谱,使用液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器-质谱(HPLC-DAD-MS)建立了进口霞多丽干白葡萄酒乙酸乙酯提取物的特征指纹图谱,方法精密度、重现性、稳定性好,符合指纹图谱评价技术的要求。利用SPSS 19.0软件对生成20种不同产地霞多丽干白葡萄酒的双指纹特征图谱进行聚类分析,分析结果能够准确的溯源进口霞多丽干白葡萄酒产地。结果表明:将两种特征指纹图谱结合起来,通过多元数据分析可以实现快速、简单、有效溯源进口霞多丽干白葡萄酒的产地。
A method of dual fingerprint analysis was established to trace source region of imported chardonnay dry white wine. A GC-MS specific fingerprint of extractives with dichloromethane and a HPLC-DAD-MS specific fingerprint of extraetives with ethyl acetate of imported chardonnay grape wine were established. The developed method was simple, accurate and highly sensitive, and could meet the requirements of the fingerprint evaluation technology. Cluster analysis for 20 kinds of char- donnay dry white wine of different origins by SPSS 19.0 was used to trace their origins. The results showed that the method combining the 2 kinds of specific fingerprint by using chemometric analysis could trace the origins of the imported chardonnay dry white grape wines fast, simply and effectively.
