摘要
目的了解青海省职业暴露人群血清中高致病性H5N1禽流感病毒的感染状况以及环境标本中H5、H9高致病性禽流感病毒的分布情况,为相关研究及预防控制策略的制定提供科学依据。方法根据《全国职业暴露人群血清学和环境高致病性禽流感监测方案》的要求,采用马红细胞血凝抑制试验检测职业暴露人群H5N1血凝素抗体;采用Real-time PCR的方法对环境标本进行H5、H9禽流感病毒核酸检测。结果采集的412份职业暴露人群血清H5N1抗体均为阴性;采集569份禽流感环境标本进行病毒核酸检测,A型阳性率为2.81%(其中H9阳性率0.35%,H5阳性率1.41%,H5、H9双重阳性率1.05%)。结论青海省禽流感职业暴露人群血清中尚未发现H5N1高致病性禽流感病毒感染者,环境监测点中存在H5、H9禽流感病毒,主要分布于西宁市城乡活禽市场以及家禽屠宰加工厂。
Objective To understand occupational exposure about the distribution of the population of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza virus infection status and environmental samples distribution HS, H9 circum- stances of the highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in Qinghai, and provide scientific basis for the formula- tion of prevention and control strategies. Methods According to National occupational exposure to human ser- um and the environment of highly pathogenic avian influenza monitoring program, using the horse red blood cell hem agglutination inhibition test for occupational exposure crowd of H5N1 hem agglutinin antibody; envi- ronmental samples H5, H9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid detection by real -time PCR. Results Occu- pational exposure crowd of 412 sera H5 N1 antibodies were negative; environmental specimens of 569 type A a- vian influenza virus nucleic acid monitoring the positive rate was 2. 81% ( H9 -positive rate was 0. 35% ; H5 positive rate was 1.41% ; H5 and H9 double positive rate wasl. 05% ) . Conclusions Avian flu in Qinghai province occupation exposure in human serum has not been found in HSN1 highly pathogenic avian influenza virus infection, the presence of environmental monitoring points H5, H9 avian influenza virus, mainly in live bird markets and poultry slaughter and processing plants in rural and urban of Xining city.
