摘要
基于对国内外相关研究的综述和批判,指出应建立文化视角下学校教育政策执行研究的范式。该类研究需解决的问题集中于学校对教育政策的认识、领会、解读和实施的内在逻辑和模式等;理论框架主要包括政策认知、实施、文化影响和行动逻辑四方面;该类研究的基本方法是案例研究方法;文化研究的维度包括物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化。
Based on the review and criticism on related studies at home and abroad, this article points out that we should es- tablish the research paradigm of educational policy implementation from the perspective of culture. The questions to be answered in these studies are how the school understand, comprehend and interpret educational policy and what are their mode of inner log- ic behavior; as for theoretical framework , the problems mainly contains the understanding and implementing of policy, cultural in- fluence and the logic of actions. The basic method of these studies is the case research method. The dimensions of cultural re- search are material culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture and spiritual culture.
