摘要
本文系统梳理防治瓦斯突出"四位一体"的技术体系,深入总结了淮南、晋城两类瓦斯防突模式,在此基础上,分析探讨了多分支水平井与井下负压钻孔联合抽采工艺,以及煤层射孔压裂增透等煤与瓦斯防突新技术和新工艺,并围绕防突技术提出加强基础理论研究、技术创新和严格准入退出。
The paper investigates the technical systems of coal and gas outburst prevention, summarizes the two types of gas outburst prevention modes in Huainan and Jincheng. Based on the above studies, it analyzes and discusses the integrated drainage technique combining multi-lateral horizontal wells and un- derground negative-pressure boreholes, and such new technology and processes for coal and gas outburst prevention and control as perforation in the coal seam and permeability increase by fracturing. It is pro- posed that enhancing the theoretical research, technology innovation and restricted access and retreat standards for outburst prevention and control technology.
