摘要
柳林区块煤层气井的排采技术参考传统的采油技术,设计了井下管柱。前期选用了管式泵,通过井下永久压力计(回音标)、套压表、流量计等设备监测各种动态参数,生产过程中存在单井稳产时间短、排水降压效果差的问题。本文根据区块地质特征和排采效果,提出优选排采设备及优化排采制度,改善生产现状。
The production technology applied in the CBM wells in Liulin Block main considered the con- ventional oil production technology as reference, and down-hole strings were designed. Tubing pumps were applied at the early stage, and dynamic parameters were monitored by such equipment as under- ground permanent pressure gauge, casing pressure meter, flow meter, etc. During production process, the stable production duration for single well was limited with poor effect of pressure relief by water dis- charging. According to the geological features and production effect, the paper proposes the suggestion for the equipment selection of gas production and optimization of the production technology for improve- ment of the current condition of production.
