摘要
将迷宫螺旋密封的泵送原理应用于微气泡发生装置,并对曝气装置的转子螺杆进行分段组合设计。不同螺旋槽参数应用于各分段之中,在不同真空度的条件下对微气泡发生装置进行曝气试验研究。经验证,相比于传统整体式转子的曝气性能,分段式组合设计可以提高曝气效率。
Using the pumping principle of spiral labyrinth seal in the micro bubble generator, and piecewise combination was designed for the rotor of the screw aeration device. In this paper, dif- ferent screw thread parameters are used in each rotor unit, and the aeration experiment research was taken in different vacuum condition. Verified and compared with the traditional monolithic ro- tor of the screw,piecewise combination design can improve the aeration efficiency.
