海洋石油生产设施数字化探索

Digital Data Management of Offshore Production Facilities

随着油气田区域滚动开发,大量海洋油气田生产设施面临改扩建,加之设施延寿和弃置等要求,海洋工程设施的信息交付已成为工程建设面临的课题。针对海洋油气田工程生产设施实际需求,开展了工程设施数字化项目试点研究,首次将海洋工程设施实体相关的数据信息作为与实体资产同等重要的无形"信息资产"纳入管理,实现管理和运营在物理空间上的分离。实践证明,海洋工程设施数字化工作大幅提高了运营管理水平,对现有管理模式将产生深远影响和变革。

In view of the offshore oil ＆ gas field facilities management demand, a pilot study of En- gineering Data Information System （EDIS） project on offshore production facilities was conducted in China National Offshore Oil Corporation （CNOOC）, and good results were achieved. Informa- tion assets management will play an important role in company management, and digital data man- agement will change the CNOOC facility management model.
