研究生实验病理学技术教学改革与实践

病理学技术是实验病理学科研实践的重要专业技能,如何让研究生熟练掌握该项技能是教学中的面临的首要问题。为此,我们通过对研究生实验病理学技能教学过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出有针对性的教学改革方案。通过近三年的教学实践结果表明,教学改革的实施不仅有利于培养研究生的实验病理学技能,更有利于提高学生的合作意识,创新能力、沟通能力、组织能力等综合素质,可为研究生后续科研实验的顺利开展奠定基础。

The technique of Pathology is an important professional skill for performing scientific research on Experimental Pathology, but how to let the graduates master the skill are the primary problems in teaching. Therefore, we carried out an analysis on the problems which existed in the course of graduate students’ Experimental Pathology technique education, and put forwards a program of teaching reform against these problems. Our three years practical results show that the implementation of teaching reform was both helps to cultivate graduate students’ skills of Experimental Pathology and enhance their awareness of cooperation. Most important, the reform improved students overall qualities, such as the ability of innovation, communication and organization, which will lay the necessary foundation for their future research experiment.
