有创性颅内压监测安全性评价

目的探讨有创性颅内压监测的安全性。方法回顾性分析60例重型颅脑损伤,行有创颅内压监测患者并发症的发生率,评价有创性颅内压监测的安全性。结果穿刺失败5例（8.3%）,穿刺路径出血3例（5.0%）,感染1例（1.7%）,引流管堵塞的5例（8.3%）。引流时间3~10 d,平均（7±2）d。无死亡的病例。结论有创性颅内压监测是安全的,并发症发生率低,适合在各级医院广泛推广。

Objective To investigating the safety of invasive intracr- anial pressure monitoring in patients with severe traumatic brain injury（TBI）.Methods Totally 60 cases of TBI were received continuous intra- cranial pressure monitoring, and the incidence rate of complication were recorded. Results 5 patients lost puncture（8.3%）,3 patients had hematoma（5%）,1 patients had intracranial infection（1.7%）,5 patients with drainage tube blockage（8.3%）. Drain aging time was 3-10 d,average（7±2）d. Conclusion The invasive intracranial pressure monitoring was safe. The incidence rate of complication was low, suiting for widespread using in TBI.
