三江源野生动物食物链网络耦合映像格子的相继故障

摘要 本文通过对三江源地区野生动物习性的考查和分析,建立了三江源地区野生动物食物链网络,分析了网络的相关拓扑性质.另外,由于野生动物网络的各种群之间存在较强的猎食关系,食物源的短缺会引起某种野生动物数量的减少甚至灭绝,继而会使整个食物连网络失去平衡,网络也会随之崩溃.食物链网络的这种现象类似于复杂网络中的相继故障.因此,本文将有向网络耦合映像格子的相继故障模型作用于三江源地区的野生动物食物链网络,利用仿真分析的方法对该食物链网络进行了实证分析.仿真中分别模拟了网络中随机选定的某种生物的灭绝和食物链顶端与底端生物的灭绝对整个网络的影响.仿真结果显示,网络中随机选定的生物的灭绝对网络造成的影响最弱,而食物链底端生物的灭绝会迅速使整个食物链网络失去平衡,网络很快就会崩溃.本文是利用复杂网络理论对三江源地区食物链网络进行的一次实证分析,相关研究结果对制定三江源地区野生动物网络的保护策略有重要的参考价值. In this paper, by analyzed and examined the habits of the wild animals in Sanjiangyuan re- gion, we constructed the wild animals food webs and analyzed some topological properties of this network. On the other hand, since the food shortage, the number of one wild animals was reduce even extinct. Then, zoological balance has been lost in food webs. This phenomenon of food webs similar to the casca- ding failure of complex network. Thus, in this paper, cascading failures in coupled map lattices with wild animals food webs in Sanjiangyuan region, we analyzed this dynamical behavior by the simulation analysis method. In simulation, we simulated the process of cascading failure that triggered by random select one population such that it extinct~ and we simulated the processes of cascading failure by select the species lie in the bottom of the food chain and lie in the top of the food chain respectively and such they extinct. The simulation results show that random attack have a minimal impact on food webs. But if the endangered species are the species of bottom or top of food chain, then the ecosystem will be damaged, and the food web will be collapsed immediately. This paper is an empirical analysis for food webs in Sanjiangyuan re- gion. The research results can be apply to make the wildlife conservation strategy.
