摘要
利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定四川凉山州黑苦荞茶茶液中的铁、镁、锌、钙、钾、锰6种元素的溶出率.结果表明:茶叶中含有丰富的微量元素,各元素含量从高到低依次是:K>Ca>Fe>Mg>Zn>Mn;各元素溶出率从高到低依次为:Mg>K>Mn>Fe>Zn>Ca;相同条件下,不同元素的溶出率与该元素在茶叶中存在形态相关;所有元素均在初泡茶液中含量最高,此后溶出率随浸泡次数增加而降低.
The contents of trace elements Fe, Mg,Ca, Zn, K and Mn in tea leaves of Sichuan Liangshan tartary buckwheat healthful were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The result showed that there were abundant trace elements in tea of tartary buckwheat healthful, The contents order is K〉 Ca〉Fe〉Mg〉Zn〉Mn; The order of the dissolved rate is Mg〉K〉Mn〉Fe〉Zn〉Ca; The dissolved rate of various elements were correlated to the form of elements in tea; The first leaching rate of every elements were largest; after, the content of every trace elements in tea leaves extracts decreases gradually with the processing.
