避暑型旅游城市的“凉爽”气候条件对比分析——以西宁市为例

The Comparison Analysis of “Cool” Climate Conditions in Summer Resort Tourist City——A Case Study in Xining city

西宁市是近些年来夏季避暑旅游的热点城市,"夏都"、"避暑"成为城市旅游的新名片.本文通过对西宁以及"中国十大避暑旅游城市"旅游气候条件的横向对比分析认为,西宁市是中国境内温带地区内陆高山、高原型避暑城市中唯一具有"凉爽城市"天然气候条件的城市之一.通过对游客可感知的气象要素和气候舒适度计算分析认为,6、7、8月西宁市气温接近17℃的最适温度下界,风速2m/s,湿度在70%左右,日照时数达到7~8h/d,生物气温指标在清凉和最舒适之间,6、7、8、9月4个月份中晴天日数较高,城市空气质量优良率在8、9、10月可以达到90%以上.有效的晴天日数加高质量的空气组合为西宁市夏季旅游业提供了"清净凉爽"的旅游气候资源,在2013年"中国十大避暑旅游城市"中西宁市是最适合夏季避暑旅游的城市之一.

Through horizontal comparison analysis of the cli- matic conditions in Xining tourism, this article considers Xining is one of the cities which have most ＂cool city＂natural climatic conditions in China＇s temperate inland mountain, plateau type summer cities. Calcula- tion analysis of the meteorological elements of tourist perceived and climate comfort degree, this article considers Xining^s temperatures close to the optimum temperature lower bound of 17℃ on June, July and August, wind speed is 2m/s, the humidity is about 70%, sunshine hours reach 7-8h/d, biological tem- perature indicators between cool and most comfortable, sunny days on June, July, August, September is higher, and the excellent and good rate of urban air quality can reach more than 90~ on August, Septem- ber, and October, the effective sunny days and high--quality air combination provides Xining summer tourism a ＂clean and cool＂ climate resources of tourism.
