针对青海地区体育发展中重物轻人的思维定势,依据我省省情,提出青海地区应选择对体育发展起决定性作用的逐层推进的体育人力资源开发策略.青海地区得天独厚的自然资源和良好的政策支持促使体育旅游得以蓬勃发展.发展体育旅游,必须要重视其人才培养,阐明体育旅游人才培养目前所处的困境,结合青海地区体育旅游发展的特点提出相应对策.

On the mindset of importance things and contempt people in sports development Qinghai re-gion,according to the situation in our province, we should choose sport human resources development strategy which plays a decisive role in advancing step by step for sports development. In Qinghai region,the blessed with natural resources and favorable policy supportment to promote sports tourism to flourish. To development of sports tourism, we must pay attention to their personnel training, to clarify the current plight of sports tourism personnel training and combined with the characteristics of sports tourism develop- ment in Qinghai to propose appropriate countermeasures.
