摘要
本文采用文献资料法,根据锰的生物学效应,主要阐述了锰的生理生化功能及不同强度有氧运动对机体内锰的影响,从分子水平探索锰与运动性疲劳的关系,为寻求运动性疲劳的发生机制及恢复手段提供科学化依据.
In this paper, literature, based on the biological effects of manganese, mainly on the effects of manganese physiological and biochemical functions and different intensity aerobic exercise on the body of manganese, manganese and exploring the relationship between exercise-induced fatigue from the molecular level, to seek mechanisms of exercise-induced fatigue and recovery means to provide scientific basis.
