摘要 3背景 老年急性髓系白血病（acutemyeloidleukemia．AML）患者，由于年龄大，疾病状态差，又常合并其他疾病和／或不良核型，故往往不能耐受传统化疗或异基因造血干细胞移植。去甲基化药物，包括阿扎胞苷和地西他滨给老年患者带来了新的曙光。 1： Pleyer L, Burgstaller S, GirschikofskyM, et al.
