摘要
目的:对黄芪复方在重症肌无力疾病治疗中的临床效果进行探讨。方法:选择我院2008年7月至2014年7月所收治的重症肌无力患者58例作为研究对象,随机将其分成甲乙两组,对甲组患者予以黄芪复方进行治疗,对乙组患者予以溴吡斯的明进行治疗,且对其临床治疗效果加以观察和对比。结果:经治疗后,两组相比较,存在显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症肌无力患者给予黄芪复方进行治疗,治疗效果明显,值得在临床上大力推广与应用。
Objective：To discuss the clinical effects of Compound Astragalus in the treatment of myasthenia gravis disease.Methods： 58 cases of myasthenia gravis treated in our hospital from 2008 July to 2014 July were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups：group A and group B.The group A was given compound astragalus treatment while the group B was given pyridostigmine bromide and we observed and compared clinical therapeutic effects.Results：After the treatment there were significant differences between effects of the two groups,with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Astragalus compound showed significant effects on myasthenia gravis which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
