摘要
目的:探讨平(即平稳血压)调(即调整血脂)通(即活血通络)疗法在脑梗死后遗症治疗中的应用价值。方法:2011年6月—2013年6月,共计96例脑梗死后遗症患者来我院就诊。按照随机的方式将其列入观察组与对照组,每组各为48例。对照组患者使用常规西药疗法,观察组患者则使用平调通疗法。对比分析治疗前后两组患者的神经功能缺损评分以及日常生活能力评分的变化情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的神经功能缺损以及日常生活能力的评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的上述指标均有一定改善,但是观察组患者的改善情况要显著优于对照组,比较差异有显著性的统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用平调通疗法对脑梗死后遗症患者进行临床治疗可以显著地改善患者的神经功能,提高患者的日常生活能力,疗效显著。
Objective:To analyze and investigate the application value of the method of smoothing blood pressure,regulating blood lipid and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction in the treatment of cerebral infarction sequelae.Methods:96 cases with cerebral infarction sequelae from June,2011 to June,2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while patients in the observation group were treated with the method of smoothing blood pressure,regulating blood lipid and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction.The changes of neural function defect scores and the ability of daily living of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:Before treatment,the difference of comparison was not significant in the neural function defect scores and the ability of daily living(P〉0.05);after treatment,the above indexes of the two groups were improved, but the observation group was significantly better than the control group with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The therapy method of smoothing blood pressure,regulating blood lipid and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction can significantly improve the nerve functions and the ability of daily living in the treatment of cerebral infarction sequelae with obvious curative effects.
