中西医结合治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床观察

Clinical Effects Observation of Integrated Medicine on Chronic Cerebral Circulatory Insufficiency

目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组:治疗组和对照组,对照组口服西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合养血清脑颗粒和穴位埋线。在治疗后第10 d、第1个月、第6个月进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组有效率分别为97.5%、97.5%、92.5%;对照组有效率分别为:82.5%、75.5%、70%;治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency （CCCI）.Methods：80 cases of CCCI were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group, each of 40 patients.The control group was treated with oral western medicine,while the treatment group was given Yangxue Qingnao granule and catgut implantation at acupoint as well as oral western medicine.After treatment of 10 days,1 month,6 months,the curative effects were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results：The effective rates of the treatment group were 97.5%、97.5%、92.5%,while those of the control group were 82.5%、75.5%、70%;effects of the treatment group were obviously better than those of the control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Effects of integrated medicine are superior to simple western medicine on CCCI.
