舒适护理在妊高症产妇围产期的应用评价

Evaluation of application of comfortable nursing for puerperants with hypertension during pregnancy in perinatal period

目的:对应用舒适护理服务模式对患有妊高症疾病的患者在围产期实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择在我院就诊的84例患有妊高症疾病的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组42例。采用常规围产期护理模式对对照组患者实施护理;采用舒适护理服务模式对观察组患者实施护理。结果:观察组患者对围产期妊高症疾病护理服务满意度明显高于对照组;妊高症护理干预计划实施总时间明显短于对照组;出现不良反应人数明显少于对照组。结论:应用舒适护理服务模式对患有妊高症疾病的患者在围产期实施护理的临床效果非常明显。

Objective：To study the clinical effects of comfortable nursing mode on puerperants with hypertension during pregnancy in the perinatal period.Methods：84 cases with hypertension during pregnancy admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing mode,while patients in the observation group were treated with comfortable nursing mode.Results： The satisfactory rate of patients in the observation group of perinatal pregnancy induced hypertension disease was significantly higher than that of the control group;he duration of nursing intervention for the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome was shorter than that for the control group; the number of adverse reactions was significantly less than that of the control group.Conclusion： Comfortable nursing mode has marked curative effect on puerperants with hypertension during pregnancy in perinatal period.
