产妇安合剂联合妈富隆预防人流术后宫腔黏连临床观察

Clinical Observation of Maternal Security Mixture Combined with Marvelon for Prevention of Intrauterine Adhesions after Induced Abortion

目的:观察产妇安合剂联合妈富隆预防人流术后宫腔黏连临床效果。方法:随机选取2013年2月至—2014年6月我院收治人工流产的患者106例,将其平均分为对照组和治疗组,每组各53例,对照组患者予以妈富隆治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合产妇安合剂治疗,比较两组患者的治疗情况。结果:治疗组患者的阴道出血时间和腹痛持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,对照组患者的发生周期性腹痛的例数有15例,发生宫腔黏连的有11例,治疗组患者发生周期性腹痛的例数有5例,发生宫腔黏连的有3例,治疗组患者的周期性腹痛的例数和宫腔黏连的例数均少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:产妇安合剂联合妈富隆预防人流术后宫腔黏连能缩短阴道出血时间和腹痛持续时间,减少周期性腹痛和宫腔黏连的情况,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of maternal security mixture combined with marvelon on preventing intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion.Methods： 106 patients with induced abortion admitted by our hospital form February 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with marvelon. The treatment group,on the basis of the control group, was given maternal security mixture as well.The condition of the two groups after treatment was compared. Results： The time of vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain duration of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.In the control group, 15 patients had periodical abdominal pain and 11 patients had intrauterine adhesions. In the control group, 5 patients had periodical abdominal pain and 3 patients had intrauterine adhesions.The number of patients with periodical abdominal pain and intrauterine adhesions of the treatment group was less than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Using metrnal security mixture combined with marvelon to prevent intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain duration and decrease the occurrence of periodical abdominal pain and intrauterine adhesions.It is significantly effective and worth of promotion.
