自拟抗感方治疗邪郁阳明型流行性感冒临床观察

Clinical Effects Observation of Self-made Anti-cold Formula on Flu of Yang Ming Type

目的:探讨自拟抗感方治疗邪郁阳明型流行性感冒临床效果。方法:选取我科近期收治邪郁阳明型流行性感冒患者170例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各85例;其中对照组患者给予利巴韦林静脉滴注,100 mg/次,3次/d,观察组患者则此基础上加用自拟抗感方辅助治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后中医证候积分。结果:对照组和观察组患者临床治疗总有效率分别为77.65%(66/85),94.12%(80/85);观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗前后中医证候积分分别为(11.01±2.44)分、(5.24±1.27)分;观察组患者治疗前后中医证候积分分别为(10.92±2.37)分,(1.50±0.41)分;观察组患者治疗后中医证候积分显著优于治疗前、对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟抗感方治疗邪郁阳明型流行性感冒可显著缓解临床症状体征,提高生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective： To investigate effects of Self-made Anti-cold Formula on flu of Yang Ming Type. Methods： 170 cases of Yang Ming Type flu treated in our department were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 85 cases. The control group was given Ribavirin infusion, 100mg/ each, 3 times /d; while the observation group was added the Self-made Anti-cold Formula as adjuvant therapy. And then we compared the TCM syndromes scores of the two groups before and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rates of the control and observation group were respectively 77.65% （66/85） and 94.12% （80/85） and the observation group showed significantly superior effects to the control group （P〈 0.05）.The TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment of the control group were respectively （11.01±2.44） and （5.24±1.27） while those of the observation group were respectively （10.92±2.37） （1.50±0.41）, which the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group after the treatment were significantly superior to those of the control group and before the treatment （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The Self-made Anti-cold Formula showed effective treatment for flu of Yang Ming Type that can relieve clinical symptoms, improve life quality, which is worth clinical application.
