针灸配合中药复方独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Acupuncture and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察针灸配合中药复方独活寄生汤治疗腰推间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将94例腰推间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,每组各47例,对照组仅采用针灸治疗,观察组在此基础上加用复方独活寄生汤,比较两组总有效率、JOA评分与VAS评分。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较两组患者的JOA评分、VAS评分改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组JOA评分和VAS评分改善优于对照组,均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合复方独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症可提高临床疗效,改善腰部功能,减轻疼痛。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Acupuncture and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：94 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were only treated with acupuncture, while patients in the observation group were treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction based on the therapy for the control group. The total effective rate,JOA score and VAS score were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, JOA scores,VAS scores of the two groups were improved. After treatment,JOA score and VAS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can improve clinical effect and function in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
