麝香保心丸辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果分析

Clinical Effects Analysis of Shexiang Baoxin Pill as Adjuvant Therapy on Coronary Diseases

目的:探究冠心病心绞痛患者应用麝香保心丸治疗的临床效果和特点,以提高其治疗水平。方法:从我校附属医院2012年3月至2014年6月接收并治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者中随机性抽取90例进行回顾性探究与分析,并将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各45例。对照组应用含硝酸酯类药物的常规治疗法,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗,对比两组不同方法治疗后的效果与特征。结果:研究组患者应用常规治疗加麝香保心丸的治疗总有效率、心电图改善和症状改善方面均优于对照组,差异性具有统计学研究价值(P<0.05)。结论:针对冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗应用麝香保心丸治疗的有效性和安全性较高,可以广泛的应用和推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effects and characteristics of Shexiang Baoxin Pill treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients so that to improve the treatment level. Methods： 90 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in our affiliated hospital from 2012 March to 2014 June were random selected for retrospective study and analysis and were divided into study group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine therapy with containing nitrate esters medicine, while the study group, on the basis of conventional treatment, was combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill treatment, through which the effects and characteristics of different methods were compared. Results： The treatment group was used routine treatment combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill that the total efficiency, the improvement of electrocardiogram and symptom improvement were better than those of the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shexiang Baoxin Pill adopted for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treatment shows high which can be widely applied and popularized.
