单臂外固定架辅助与徒手闭合复位髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干骨折的临床比较

Clinical comparative study on single arm external fixator and bare hands closed reduction internal fixation with intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral fractures

目的:比较单臂外固定架辅助和徒手辅助复位法复位髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干骨折的疗效。方法:从我院2012年3至2013年9月36例符合标准的股骨干骨折患者中,随机分为外固定架辅助组(治疗组)19例,徒手复位组(对照组)17例,观察治疗疗效,比较中转切开例数,手术时间,术中透视时间。结果:两组均得到100%的优良率。中转切开例数,手术时间,术中透视时间方面有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:单臂外固定架辅助较徒手复位更具有优势。

Objective： To compare the single arm external fixator and bare hands closed reduction internal fixation with intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral fractures. Methods： 36 cases conforming to the standard of femoral fractures from March 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into an external fixator assisted group （the treatment group） with 19 cases, the unarmed treatment group （the control group） with 17 cases. The curative effect was observed, the number of cases, operation time, intraoperative fluoroscopy time were compared. Results： The excellent rate of the two groups were 100%, the number of cases, operation time, intraoperative fluoroscopy time had statistical difference （P 〈0.05）, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Single arm external fixator assisted the unarmed reset has more advantages.
