中医接骨法治疗儿童前臂骨折的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of Chinese synthetism in the treatment of children with fracture of forearm

目的:研究分析中医接骨法治疗儿童前臂骨折的临床疗效,并总结体会。方法:本次研究对象选自2012年1月—2014年10月期间我院收治的200例前臂骨折患儿,按照治疗方式的不同,将其平均分为治疗组和对照组各100例。对照组采用常规钢板固定进行治疗,治疗组则采用中医接骨法进行治疗,比较两组患儿选用不同治疗方法后的临床效果。结果:研究结果显示,治疗组采用中医接骨法治疗后,痊愈78例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率92%;对照组采用钢板固定后,痊愈56例,有效25例,无效19例,总有效率81%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:和常规钢板固定治疗相比,中医接骨法操作简单,医疗费用低,可以有效缩短骨折愈合时间,促进患儿的康复,值得推广。

Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of TCM analysis synthetism in the treatment of children with fracture of＆amp;nbsp;forearm and summarize the experience. Methods： This study selected 200 cases with forearm fractures in children from January, 2012 to October, 2014. According to the different treatments, patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group, 100 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional plate fixation, while patients in the treatment group were treated with Traditional Chinese synthetism treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The results of this study showed that the treatment group used Traditional Chinese synthetism after treatment,78 cases were cured, 14 cases effective, 8 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 92%; for the control group with plate fixation, 56 cases were cured, 25 cases effective, 19 cases invalid , the total effective rate was 81%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group with a statistically significant differences（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with the conventional plate fixation in the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine bone method, simple operation, low medical cost, can effectively shorten the healing time of fracture and promote the recovery of patients, which has important significance for the healthy growth of children. This therapy is worthy of promotion.
