手术室护理中的不安全因素及防范措施

Study on unsafe factors and preventive measures in the operating room nursing

目的:对手术室护理中所存在的不安全因素加以分析,且提出有效的防范措施,以最大限度提升手术室护理的质量。方法:择选2013年12月—2014年12月我院所发生的42例手术室护理不安全事件作为本次研究的主要对象,且对其引发不安全事件的因素加以分析。结果:引发手术室护理不安全事件的因素主要有:接错病人、错放手术室,搞错手术部位,手术体位摆放不当,皮肤化学烧伤或电灼伤,物品准备不齐全,术中物品清点不正确,手术期间医护人员服务差或谈论其他问题等。结论:了解手术室护理不安全因素发生的原因,且提出相应的改进措施,加强医院管理,是提升手术室护理质量的关键所在。

Objective：To analyze the unsafe factors existing in the operation room nursing and put forward some effective preventive measures in order to improve the quality of nursing in operation rooms.Methods：42 cases of operation room nursing unsafe incidents that＆amp;nbsp;took place from December,2013 to December,2014 in our hospital as the main objects of this research,the unsafe factors were analyzed.Results：The main factors of operation room nursing unsafe events trigger： picking the wrong patient,misplacing operation room operation parts,improper operation position, burn or electric burns, incomplete preparation of articles,incorrect intraoperative checking, the operative period medical staff is poor or talk about other problems, etc.Conclusion：Understanding the causes of unsafe factors of nursing in operation room,proposes the corresponding improvement measure and strengthening hospital management are the keys to enhance nursing quality of operation room.
