《伤寒论》治疗湿证八法简析

Analysis of eight therapeutic methods of damp syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Disease

张仲景将湿证分为外湿和内湿两大类,在《伤寒论》中虽条文不多,但充分阐明了湿证的病因病机、辨证治法、具体方药,对后世湿证的辨治有很强的指导作用,根据湿邪内外表里之不同,张仲景提出了治湿八法:解表祛湿散寒法、通阳利水祛湿法、温阳化湿祛寒法、温阳健脾利湿法、育阴除湿清热法、行气健脾除湿法、清热利湿退黄法、通表透湿泄热法。

Damp syndrome was divided into two categories （internal damp syndrome and exogenous damp syndrome） by Zhang Zhongjing. The article of Damp Syndrome in the Treatise on Febrile Disease was not too much, but it fully expounded the cause, pathogenesis, dialectical therapy and specific prescription of damp syndrome, it also had strong instructive effect for dialectical therapy of damp syndrome to posterity. Eight therapeutic methods were proposed by Zhang Zhongjing based on the difference between exterior and interior syndromes of damp evil, they were Diaphoretic-Dehygrosis-Dissipate cold-Method, Activating yang-Using diuretic of hydragogue to alleviate water retention-Dehygrosis-Method, Warming yang-Resolving dampness-Dispelling cold- Method, Warming yang-Tonifying spleen-Removing dampness through dieresis-Method, Tonifying yin-Dispelling rheumatism-Clearing heat-Method, Regulating QI activity-Tonifying spleen-Dispelling rheumatism-Method, Clearing heat-Removing dampness through dieresis-Removing jaundice-Method and Relieving exterior syndrome-Removing dampness through dieresis-Clearing heat-Method, respectively.
