贵溪冶炼厂2#闪速炉在投产以来的几年,排烟系统在生产过程中碰到一系列的难题,贵冶生产技术人员通过改造前闪速炉排烟系统存在的问题进行系统的分析及基础上,并通过对闪速炉锅炉、闪速炉电收尘进行改造,同时对排烟系统存在的瓶颈进行分析,通过技术改造和日常系统的管理,闪速炉排烟系统运行状况逐步走向稳定状态,确保了生产运行稳定。各项参数、指标达到了历史最好水平。

In these years since the 2# flash furnace put into production in Guixi smeher, the smoke evacuation system encountered a series of problems in the production process. The technical personnel in Guixi smelter analyzed the problems which occurred on the former flash furnace smoke evacuation system before transformation. And based on that the boiler and electric dust collector of flash furnace were transformed, at the same time the bottleneck of exhaust system was analyzed. Through technical transformation and daily system management, the operation status of flash furnace exhaust system gradually is running towards a stable state, to ensure the stability of production. The parameters, indicators have reached the best level in history.
