摘要
随着计算机、控制理论和在线检测仪表的发展,自动控制系统越来越多地被黄金选矿厂重视和使用。特别是现场总线技术(FCS)在自动控制系统中的应用,提高了系统的稳定性、可操作性和扩展性。通过生产过程的自动控制系统,选矿厂能及时全面地掌握设备和生产状态,优化生产调度,保证产品质量和产量。在介绍山东黄金选矿厂工艺流程的基础上,分析了其生产冗余FCS控制系统的设计。
Along with the progress of compute, control theory and online measuring instrument, the gold concentrator put a high value on the auto-control system, and uses it in the manufacture increasingly. Especially, the application of Field Bus technology in the auto-control system enhances the stability, operability and expansibility. By means of it, the concentrator can hold the device and produce status timely in the round, optimizes the production scheduling and ensures the production quality and output. With the introduction of process flow of Shan-Dong Gold Concentrator, this paper analyses the design of redundant Fieldbus Control System.
