摘要
针对精碲生产过程中出现的产品铜杂质超标的问题,通过分析精碲生产过程中所使用的极板结构,为解决由于极板的原因而导致产品质量不稳定的情况,提出了极板改进方案,并对改进前后极板结构和装槽方式进行了分析对比。改进后的极板可以有效地避免由于极板而导致产品中铜的超标,同时可以有效地减轻生产过程中的工作量。
Aiming at over standard copper impurities issue occurred during pure Tellurium production; through researching on plate structure used in pure tellurium production process, to solve the problems of unstable products' quality caused by the plate situation, the improvement plan of plate was carried out, and compared plate structure and loading mode before and after improved. The improved plate can effectively avoided plate copper impurities in overweight products, also could effectively reduced the workload in/he process of production at the same time.
