摘要
反激式光伏并网微逆变器常用的工作模式有不连续导通模式(DCM)和连续导通模式(CCM)两种。在分析反激式逆变器工作原理的基础上,从控制策略、关键参数设计以及功率器件的电压电流应力3方面对工作在两种不同模式下的逆变器进行设计和比较,分析两种模式的优劣,并借助Matlab仿真软件进行验证,为反激式逆变器工作模式的选择及电路参数的设计提供参考。
For grid- connected flyback micro- inverter, the favored operation modes are the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and the continuous conduction mode (CCM). Based on the operation principle of flyback inverters, a comparative look from control strategies, key parameters, the voltage and current stress of power devices were presented which helped to identify the potential advantages and disadvantages of each mode. The research was proved by Matlab simulation and could provide a reference for selecting operation mode and designing circuits according to the design requirements.
