一株黏液型沙门菌的鉴定与分析

Identification and analysis of one mucoid Salmonella strain

摘要 目的对住院患者血液分离的一株黏液型沙门菌进行多种方法的鉴定及血清凝集试验,以期将该菌准确鉴定到种。方法采用多种鉴定方法,如西门子Micro Scan Walk Away 96 plus全自动细菌鉴定/药敏分析仪,API 20E,VI-TEK MS,16S r RNA测序法对该菌进行鉴定。结果多种鉴定方法结果均为沙门菌属,但血清凝集试验一直为阴性。结合本菌菌落呈黏液型可能凝集反应不典型的特点,采用多次传代恢复到非黏液型菌落后出现凝集反应,最后鉴定为猪霍乱沙门菌。结论黏液型沙门菌表面黏液状的物质会极大的干扰血清凝集试验,可能会导致临床鉴定错误,有条件实验室最好用16S r RNA进行更加准确的菌株鉴定。 Objective To identify and analyze one mucoid Salmonella strain isolated from blood sample of hospitalizedpatientst. Methods Different methods including Micro Scan Walk Away 96 plus, API 20 E, VITEK MS, and bacterial 16 Sr RNA gene sequencing were used to identify this mucoid Salmonella strain.Results This mucoid strain was identified to beSalmonella spp. by different methods, while serum agglutination test showed negative. In view of mucoid colony might interferwith agglutination reaction, the results of serum agglutination test of this stain was positive after passaged six times and boiled.Finally the strain was recognized as Salmonella choleraesuis.Conclusion The presence of large amounts of capsular materialin mucoid isolates may interfere with the slide agglutination test. The increased utilization of 16 S r RNA sequencing in clinicallaboratories could allow more accurate identification of these isolates.
