摘要
赤泥是生产氧化铝过程中排出的废弃物,大量赤泥的堆积对环境造成了严重破坏。为提高赤泥利用率,采用赤泥与粉煤灰为主要原料生产免烧砖,研究了各原料的最佳配合比。研究表明,采用最佳配比方案制得的免烧砖,经自然养护后,其抗压强度符合JC/T 422—2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》的要求。
Red mud is the waste that is emitted in the process of alumina production. The large production of red mud brings serious environmental problems. In order to increase the utilization of it,red mud and fly ash are used to make baking-free bricks. The author studies the optimal mix proportion of every material. The study shows that the compressive strength of baking-free bricks,after natural maintenance,reaches the standard of JC/T422 -2007 Non -Fired Rubbish Gangue Brick.
