摘要
目的初步分析手传振动对广东打磨工人免疫球蛋白的影响。方法 2010~2012年广东省某3家企业从事打磨作业的179名工人和45名非打磨工人为研究对象,检测职业性手臂振动病病例组和对照组工人的免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)和免疫球蛋白M(Ig M),比较病例组与对照组间、不同患病严重程度间、住院治疗前后的免疫球蛋白含量的差异。结果与对照组、接振组比较,病例组Ig G降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);手臂振动病中度患者Ig G、重度患者Ig M与对照组相比显示降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),重度患者Ig A高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);振动病患者住院治疗后,Ig G仍持续降低、而Ig A和Ig M回升,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论手传振动可影响工人的免疫系统,振动病患者Ig G、Ig A和Ig M水平降低,提示免疫作用可能与职业性手臂振动病发病机制相关。
Objective To study the effects of arms' vibration on immunoglobulin content of polishing workers inGuangdong. Methods The 179 polishing workers and 45 non-polishing workers in Guangdong was divided into case group,exposed and control group and the levels of immunoglobulin G(Ig G), immunoglobulin A(Ig A), immunoglobulin M(Ig M) incases among different groups with varied severity before and after treatment in hospital during 2010- 2012. Results Thelevels of Ig G in case group were decreased compared with vibration group and control group(P〈0.05).The levels of Ig G inmedium vibration disease group and Ig M in severe vibration disease group was also reduced compared with control group(P〈0.05).The levels of Ig A in severe vibration disease group was ascended compared with control group(P〈0.05). The level of Ig Gin cases of vibration group was reduced, while that of Ig G and Ig M were increased after treatment exhibiting statisticallysignificant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Vibration induced by arms can affect immunity system leading to the reduction ofIg G,Ig A and Ig M levels hinting that occupational arms' vibration might involve in mechanism of immunie system.
