清远地区儿童呼吸道合胞病毒和腺病毒血清流行病学调查

Serum epidemiological investigation of respiratory syncytial virus and adenovirus in children with acute respiratory tract infection

摘要 目的探讨清远市区和阳山县两地区儿童急性呼吸道感染呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)和腺病毒(ADV)的临床特点。方法选择2012年8月至2014年4月期间,清远市人民医院和阳山县人民医院收治的儿童共450例,分别采用RT-PCR法检测呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)和腺病毒(ADV)核酸,对比分析不同地区RSV和ADV的感染特点及在不同年龄段儿童、不同季节中的检出情况。结果清远市区和阳山县两地区RSV和ADV的感染均以清远市区的感染率为高。RSV在两地的男女发病率男性高于女性,而ADV在两地的男女发病率则几乎一致;RSV感染多发生于2~3岁的儿童中,阳性感染率为10.45%,多发生于冬季。ADV感染多发生于3~4岁的儿童中,阳性感染率为10.39%,多发生于冬季。结论清远市区和阳山县呼吸道合胞病毒和腺病毒的感染情况不同,但其感染均与儿童的性别、年龄以及季节等因素密切相关,可作为临床诊治和预防的基础依据。 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) and Adenovirus(ADV) in children with acute respiratory tract infection in the areas of Qingyuan and Yangshan city. Methods Total 450 cases of children from Qingyuan People's Hospital and Yangshan County People's Hospital from August 2012 to April 2014 were selected, respectively. RT-PCR detection method and ELISA detection method were used to detect the infection of RSVand ADV. The infection characteristics of RSV and ADV in different areas, ages and different seasons were compared andanalyzed. Results There were some differences in RSV and ADV infection between the two areas with a higher rate ofinfection in Qingyuan city. Moreover, the incidence of RSV in males was higher than female, showing difference. Andincidence of ADV in male were almost the same as that of female. In addition, RSV and ADV in children with different ages indifferent seasons were different. RSV infection mostly occurred in the children aged 2-3 with the positive rate of 10.45% and itmostly occurred in winter. And ADV infection mostly occured in children aged 3-4 with positive rate of 10.39%, it also mostlyoccurred in winter. Conclusion Infection of RSV and ADV in Qingyuan City and Yangshan County were different. But theinfection were closely related to the children's gender, age, season and other factors which can be used as the basis of clinicaldiagnosis and treatment and prevention.
