深圳市布吉街道从业人员沙门菌PFGE分型分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解深圳市龙岗区布吉街道从业人员携带沙门菌的血清型、耐药特点及脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed fieldgel electrophoresis,PFGE)分子分型特点。方法对从深圳市龙岗区布吉街道2011~2012年健康从业人员肛拭子样品中分离的19株沙门菌进行生化及血清学分型鉴定、改良K-B法药敏试验和开展PFGE分子分型分析。结果 19株沙门菌以B群(11株)和C1群(4株)为主;19株沙门菌对四环素的耐药率最高,为57.9%,其次为甲氧苄氨嘧啶和磺胺甲基异恶唑(新诺明),均为42.1%,8株菌有多重耐药的现象,为42.1%;PFGE分子分型菌株之间的相似度在57.4%~94.1%,同一血清型的沙门菌相互间的相似度均低于85.0%,同一血清型别的沙门菌可对应多个PFGE型别。结论深圳市布吉街道从业人员携带的沙门菌的PFGE型别呈现多样性,PFGE指纹图谱与血清学型别无相关性;19株沙门菌对头孢类抗生素完全敏感,对其他抗生素存在中度敏感或耐药,耐药谱与PFGE分型无直接的关联。 Objective To investigate the serotype, antimicrobial resistance and PFGE molecular patterns of Salmonellaisolated from workers in Longgang street. Methods Nineteen Salmonella strains were detached from healthy employees inBuji Street of Longgang District in Shenzhen from 2011 to 2012 and serologically identifined.Antimicrobial susceptibility of theSalmonella was tested using Kirby Bauer disk diffusion method,and the serotypes of the strains were identifined by PFGE.Results Nineteen Salmonella strains were belonged to two serogroups, of which 11 strains were B serogroup, and 4 strainswere C1 serogroup. The antimicrobial resistance to Tetracycline was the highest(57.9%), followed by trimethoprim(42.1%) andsulfamethoxazole(42.1%). 8 strains were multi drug-resistant bacteria(42.1%). PFGE results showed that the similarity valueof these strains was in the range of 57.4%-94.1%, and the similarity between the same serotype of Salmonella strains was lessthan 85%. A serotype of Salmonella corresponded to multiple PFGE types. Conclusion The PFGE type of Salmonella strainsisolated from the workers in Buji Street in Longgang showed diverse serological patterns, and there was no direct relationshipbetween the PFGE finger- type and multidrug resistance. All of the nineteen Salmonella strains were sensitive tocephalosporin, while they were moderately sensitive or resistant to other antibiotics.And there was no direct relationshipbetween antimicrobial resistance and the PFGE type.
